1. You and your buddy Jack want to rope some fresh spawn mining a stone node. What do you do next?
I must communicate with the fresh spawn before taking any hostile actions, this includes using restraints.

2. If you want to be excluded from sieges what do you need to do?
I must opt out of sieging. I would submit a Siege Application on the forums.

3. You want to build your base on the castle. What are the rules regarding siege with that base?
Any structure on the King's castle or the bridge may be sieged at any time.
