Give them a 10min warning and be sure they haven't opt out of sieging.

2. If you want to be excluded from sieges what do you need to do?
Make a thread on the right section of the forum saying I wanna opt-out of siege.

3. You want to build your base on the castle. What are the rules regarding siege with that base?

P.S. For some reason the username 'Shak' was already taken, but I don,t see a application for it. Maybe it's a admin? Anyhow, I'll change the name if that's a problem.

Check the answer to #1. It doesn't really involve sieging so I think you may have misread. Afterwards, I'll update the white list.
