Announcement for Siege opt. out Guilds!

I was wondering if you could make an announcement in chat like every 10mins (like the rules do) to say what guilds you can't siege so players know who not to attack.

When the rules were announced in chat it was me typing a command every 10 minutes. There isn't any way to automatically do it at this moment.

As soon as modding support comes out I will make a system that does that very thing. Modding may come very soon. Thanks for the suggestion.
